Story of Ma Kushmanda

Ma Kushmanda is also called as Adishakti since she is the originator of the entire universe. The term Kushmanda meaning the tiny egg refers to the cosmic act of Mother Kushmanda creating the first egg of the universe from which the entire creation emerged out.
